Plan B
You can film QR codes on the manifest computer
The videographer can then record the QR code as normal
Plan C
You don't need a QR code to film the tandem.
Just film as normal, and manually attach the booking later.
Option: Film an A4 sheet with the customer name to make sure you know which video goes to which booking...
