Note - if you set a product, then that means the customer has paid for the product.
You should NOT set a product if you are sending a prospect

Find your customer
Click edit

Select the relevant product (Products vary by DZ)
Click Update

You can also set products directly in the booking list view

Click Unlock
Select the product

Click 'Lock' when your are finished
